About us
KOOR is the largest purely Slovak company providing energy services. It was established in 2010 and since then it has been involved in the implementation of projects that increase the efficiency of heating equipment and reduce the energy consumption of buildings.
History
Since its inception, KOOR has been engaged in the implementation of projects that increase the efficiency of heating plants and reduce the energy consumption of buildings. In 2012, the subsidiary KOOR Východ, s.r.o. was established. with headquarters in Košice, which took over the company’s activities in eastern Slovakia. Its main business activity is the production and distribution of heat and the implementation of EPC and EC projects, especially in the energy sector.
In the same year, another subsidiary was established – DISPEX, s.r.o., which creates a professional and technical background for the parent company. It ensures the operation of technologies for the production and distribution of heat and electricity. Manages the operation of information technology, process technology and central dispatching.
The third subsidiary KOOR Facility, s.r.o., which was established in 2016, completes the range of services for clients. It provides facility management services with an emphasis on reducing operating costs using modern technologies.
In May 2022, the KOOR OZE company was established in cooperation with the Slovak Energy and Waste Fund. It serves to support renewable sources, thanks to which we will be able to expand our activities in the field of heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, on-grid and off-grid battery systems.
How do we work?
GREEN - We save energy, make Slovakia greener
For our clients, we install modern devices of renewable energy sources, reconstruct old boiler houses or build new heat sources. In order to reduce the building’s energy consumption as much as possible, we also provide replacement of windows and its insulation. Thanks to our services, energy consumption is reduced and access to the environment is improved.
SOCIAL - We help disadvantaged communities
For us, social responsibility is not just words. We actively cooperate with several organizations of the third sector. We are cooperating with the civic association Imobilio on the First Drop project. As part of it, Imobilia members evaluate data from energy equipment for us, provide KOOR with recommendations for operation and management of consumption in buildings, on the basis of which project management is made more efficient.
We also support other organizations of the third sector that deal with the disabled.
DIGITAL - We bring modern technologies and solutions.
We are innovators in the field of project management. To the maximum extent possible, we use the latest monitoring and control technologies in order to manage energy sources efficiently and remotely. From design to implementation to operation – we manage the entire life cycle based on the principles of Industry 4.0.
